About Overhead Door Sales & Service

Overhead Door Sales and Service is an independently, family owned and operated garage door company. The company was originally founded in 1985, by Jon Payne, and was purchased by his daughter, Nicole Norgaard, in April of 2013. The business started in Spencer, Iowa located in a small office and warehouse with just 2 employees. We've since moved to Arnolds Park, Iowa and have grown to 5 employees. We strive to be the best in the area in customer satisfaction, trustworthiness and knowledge of garage doors and products. Overhead Door Sales and Service stands behind our work with an educated owner who has been in the garage door industry since 2001. Our brands are Haas, Hormann, Wayne Dalton and Carriage House Door Company. Overhead Door Sales and Service in not affiliated with any other garage door company. We provide free quotes for new doors, estimates for repairs and service for most makes and models of garage doors. Overhead Door Sales and Service is a member of the International Door Association.

Nicole Norgaard – President/Owner & Sales Manager

Nicole has been with Overhead Door Sales and Service since April of 2001. She purchased the business from her father, Jon Payne, in April 2013. Nicole is Overhead Door Sales and Service's expert sales consultant and owner operator. She enjoys watching her son's sporting events, spending time with family, friends and her two dogs (Parker & Bella).

 

Nathan Norgaard – Vice President & Lead Service Technician/Installer
Nathan has been with Overhead Door Sales and Service since 2010 and advanced to Vice President in 2017. Nathan is our lead service technician/installer in both commercial and residential applications. He manages the technician staff and is a certified Residential & Commercial Sectional Door Systems Technician by the IDEA. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys tinkering with his RC cars and spending time with his wife, son and two dogs.

 

Taylor Enick – Service Technician / Garage Door Installer
Taylor has been with Overhead Door Sales and Service since March of 2017. Taylor is a service technician and garage door installer. Taylor has a background in carpentry and mechanic work. Taylor enjoys racing, fishing and spending time with his wife and two dogs.

 

 

Tony Heneman – Service Technician / Garage Door Installer
Tony has been with Overhead Door Sales and Service since July 2017. Tony is a service technician and garage door installer. He has a background in carpentry and heavy equipment operating. Tony enjoys motorcycling, fishing camping and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
